PSI’s cartridges have been engineered to work hand in hand with our Cyclones. The cartridges are certified to capture 99.8% of dust at 0.5 Microns and above. This is the best filtration available for dust collectors on the market today! The cartridge filters are made from an 80% cellulose & 20% polyester blend of fine synthetic fibers. This material provides optimum pleat strength and resistance to moisture and linting. Each filter passes up to 750 CFM and come in two styles, one with two open ends and one with an open and a closed end. Filters are combined to provide sufficient airflow for the motor blower on the system. The filters are secured together with a mounting bar and can be mounted horizontally (on the ceiling) or vertically (on the floor). Cleaned out by blowing compressed air around the outside of the cartridge. Cartridges are 24" long x 14" dia with an 8"dia cavity.

Designed to make it very easy to clean your PSI Cartridge System. Fashioned from heavy gauge galvanized steel, these bases capture a full 7.5 gallons of dust. An optional cleanout port provides easy access to canister for emptying. Fits under a PSI filter cartridge with an open end.
